Delivery Cost

  • Delivery is £3.50 for orders under £49.99
  • Delivery is FREE for orders over £49.99

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days.
  • We aim to fulfil any orders placed before 12pm on the same working day whenever possible. 
  • Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Courier Delays

Once an order has dispatched, it's in the hands of the courier. While delays are uncommon, they can happen and are unfortunately beyond our direct control.

We are bound by each courier’s investigation and claims process:

  • Royal Mail: allows up to 10 working days after the expected delivery date before an item is considered lost.
  • Evri: allows up to 7 working days after the expected delivery date before an item is considered lost.
  • DPD: typically resolves delivery issues within 5 working days of investigation.

During these periods, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements until the courier has confirmed the parcel’s status.

Cancellations During Delivery Delays

If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel due to a courier delay, we must first wait for the courier’s delivery timeframe to pass.

  • If the item arrives during this time, you may return it following our Returns Policy.
  • If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will issue a full refund or replacement at your preference.

Proof of Delivery

If tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can raise a claim with the courier. Each case will be investigated individually.

If you request delivery to a safe place or nominate a neighbour, the order is considered delivered once courier tracking confirms the chosen safe place or nominated person.
